I booked a mock test class for my mum on November 22nd at 1:30 PM. However, the instructor ended the class early at 1:38 PM because my mum's English wasn't very good. I requested a refund for the significantly shortened class, as we had booked an hour-long session.
I called the number on the website to inquire about the refund. They informed me that they needed to consult their boss before confirming the refund, but they never followed up with me. I called again the following week, and they gave me the same response. On November 28th, I received a text message stating that a credit had been returned to my account. Despite this, as of December 9th, I still haven't received my refund.
I’m disappointed with the poor customer service and the lack of timely resolution to this issue.
