Anzo, your newest instructor. I've driven with him in the past. He wasn't looking at what I was doing and was scrolling on Facebook on his phone. He would touch the steering wheel when I would be in the middle of my lane. He would touch the brake pedal when I needed to accelerate because I was not doing the speed limit. I have not had any issues with any other driving instructor other than him. My brothers fiancè had the exact same experience as me with him.
